Deletion is permanent. A deleted account cannot be restored. Chips, coins, other virtual items, progress and history are lost and are not refundable. If you only want a break, signing out is enough, and our Responsible play page has other options.
1. Delete in the game (fastest)
Boqu Texas Hold’em Poker
- Open the game and tap the settings icon.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Registered accounts are asked for their password.
This works for guest accounts too, and it is the only way to delete a guest account yourself, because a guest account has no username or password to prove it is yours anywhere else.
Slots Palace
Open the game’s settings and follow the account options to delete your account. If you cannot find the option in your version of the game, use the email route below and we will do it for you.
2. Delete on the web
For a registered Boqu Texas Hold’em Poker account, you can delete the account here with your username and password, without the app. Guest accounts cannot be deleted on the web; use the game or email instead.
3. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the game installed, played as a guest, or simply prefer it, email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request” and tell us:
- which game (Boqu Texas Hold’em Poker or Slots Palace);
- your username or player ID, which is shown in the game’s settings or profile;
- the type of device you play on.
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm you own it, for example by sending a code to you in the game or asking for details only the account holder would know. We never ask for your password by email. We will confirm when the deletion is complete, normally within 30 days.
4. What happens next
- Immediately, the account is closed: it can no longer be signed into or played. If you are in a hand that is already all in, that hand finishes and settles first.
- Shortly after, we delete your username, display name, password, avatar, the name shown at tables and other personal data linked to the account, and the virtual items in it are retired.
- Within 30 days, remaining copies are removed from our active systems. Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
5. What we keep, and why
A small amount of information is kept after deletion, never including your name or contact details:
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| An anonymous account number and its virtual-currency transactions | So game ledgers balance and past hands for other players stay consistent. It cannot be signed into and is not linked to you. | As long as the game’s records are kept |
| A record that a deletion was requested and completed | So you, or we, can confirm what happened to a request | 30 days after completion |
| Purchase records | Tax, accounting and fraud-prevention laws require it | As long as the law requires, typically up to 7 years |
| Reports and moderation records about serious harm | To protect other players and meet legal obligations | As long as needed for that purpose |
