Responsible play

For fun, always.

Our games are made to be enjoyed: a few hands after dinner, a spin on the way home. They are social casino games only: for adults, for entertainment, and never for real money. Here is how we help keep it that way, and how you can too.

18+

Adults only

Our games are rated for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that a player is under 18, we close the account.

Nothing to cash out

Our games are social casino only. There is no real-money gambling and nothing to win but the game. Chips and coins have no cash value and can never be exchanged for money or prizes.

Free to keep playing

You never need to pay to keep playing. Free chips and coins are available regularly, and every game can be enjoyed without spending anything.

Keep it fun

A few good habits.

Social casino games are designed to be exciting. These habits help keep that excitement in its place.

  1. Decide on your time before you start

Pick a stopping point, such as a number of hands or a time of day, and keep to it. Set a timer if it helps.

  2. Set a budget for purchases, or none at all

Everything in our games can be enjoyed without spending. If you do buy, decide on a monthly amount you are comfortable with and treat it like any other entertainment spending.

  3. Never chase

Running out of chips is part of the game. Take the free top-up, take a break, or come back tomorrow.

  4. Keep it in balance

Play should fit around sleep, work, family and friends, not the other way round.

  5. Remember it is a game

Results in a social casino game do not predict results at real-money gambling, which works very differently and costs real money.

Tools you can use

Limits, controls and breaks.

Control purchases

On iPhone and iPad, Screen Time can block in-app purchases or require a password for every one. On Android, Google Play can require authentication for all purchases. Families can use Ask to Buy on Apple devices or Google Family Link.

Limit your time

Screen Time on Apple devices and Digital Wellbeing on Android let you set daily time limits for any app, including our games.

Take a break

Sit out, sign out, or step away whenever you like. If you would like help stepping away for longer, email [email protected] with your username and we will close your account for you.

Close your account for good

You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the game or on the web. See Delete your account.

When to pause

Signs play has stopped being play.

  • Spending more time or money on games than you meant to, or hiding it from people close to you
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut down
  • Playing to escape problems or low moods
  • Buying more to win back what you have lost, or borrowing to fund play
  • Games crowding out sleep, work, study or time with people you care about
  • Thinking about moving from social games to real-money gambling to “win it back”

If any of these sound familiar, it is worth talking to someone. Help is free, confidential and available every day.

Parents and guardians

Our games are for adults only. If you share a device with a child, use Screen Time (Apple) or Family Link (Google) to restrict apps rated 18+ and to require approval for purchases. If you believe a child has used one of our games or made a purchase in it, contact [email protected] and we will help. Refunds for purchases are handled by the app store the purchase was made in.
