Is this real-money poker?
No. Boqu Texas Hold’em Poker is a social casino game only, played with virtual chips. They have no cash value and can never be cashed out, transferred for money or exchanged for prizes.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Tap Play as guest and you are at a table in seconds. To keep your chips safe across devices, choose Save your account and pick a username and password. Your guest chips come with you.
Will I be playing against real people?
Tables seat real players from around the world. To keep tables lively at quiet times, a table may also include automated players, and the game tells you so in the lobby.
What happens if I run out of chips?
If you are out of chips, the game offers a free daily top-up of virtual chips so you can keep playing.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later, in portrait or landscape, and Android phones and tablets running Android 6.0 or later, from Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, open Settings › Delete account. This works for guest accounts too. You can also request deletion on the web.
